The second National Cultural Festival has started today August 25, 2023 in the grounds of the old Stand in Njombe region being decorated with entertainment from various dance groups from various regions Tanzania Bara and Zanzibar.
The Theme of the Festival is “Culture is the Foundation of Morals, Protect and Develop it.”
